Boring Millionaires

Sponsor the Ledger

Boring Millionaires is read by people who are actively researching, buying, and building unglamorous businesses: laundromats, routes, storage, sanitation, and the trades. They arrive with a spreadsheet open. If your product serves that person, this is the cheapest attention you will ever buy from them.

Who reads this?

Searchers, mostly. Our case studies answer the questions people ask right before they act: what a laundromat costs, what a porta-potty fleet earns, whether a vending route replaces a job. That means readers are disproportionately pre-purchase: would-be owners comparing categories, operators looking to add a service line, and buyers hunting for their first acquisition. Current audience figures, newsletter size, and traffic are shared on request, and we will show you real numbers, not screenshots.

What can you sponsor?

The newsletter issue. One sponsor per issue of the Ledger, at the top, in your words, clearly marked. The site slot. One sponsor card that appears across every case study sidebar and the homepage, styled in our design system and labeled SPONSOR. A category. Own the topic your product serves: the laundromat entries, the waste and sanitation entries, for a set term. We run one sponsor at a time per surface. Scarcity is the point.

What we won't do

Sponsors never pick, edit, or preview entries. We don't publish advertorials dressed as case studies, and we don't run ads that imitate ledger rows. Every commercial link on this site is disclosed, and paid links carry the sponsored attribute. If your campaign requires us to pretend it isn't one, we are the wrong publication, and honestly, you would be wasting the audience anyway. They read us because the numbers are straight.

How to start

Write to us through the contact form with what you sell and who it is for. We'll reply with current audience figures, availability, and rates. If the fit is wrong, we'll say so and suggest where your budget would work harder.
